The client intake questions we start every brand with
Answer these before you touch a logo or a colour. Then use the second prompt to turn your answers into a brand direction.
1. What do you sell, and what does it cost? 2. Who buys it? Describe one real person. 3. What are they struggling with the week before they find you? 4. What changes for them after working with you? 5. Who else could they hire instead of you, and why should they pick you? 6. Three words people should feel when they see your brand. 7. Three brands (any industry) whose look you admire, and why. 8. What should your brand never look or sound like? 9. Where will people meet you first: Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, referrals? 10. The one action you want a website visitor to take.
You are a brand strategist. Below are my answers to 10 brand intake questions. [paste your answers] From these, write: 1. A one-sentence positioning statement: who it's for, what they get, why us. 2. Five brand personality traits, each with a one-line "this means / this doesn't mean". 3. The three messages my website must say in the first screen. 4. What my visuals should feel like, and three things to avoid. Keep it plain and specific. No marketing buzzwords.
How to get the most from it: Answer the questions out loud first, then type. Spoken answers are more honest than written ones.

Brand naming with AI
Forty name options in four styles, then a shortlist with the trade-offs explained.
You are a brand naming strategist. Client: [what the business does] in [city, country] who helps [audience] get [result]. Brand feeling: [3 words]. Generate 40 name options in 4 styles: invented words, real words used in a new way, compound names, and founder-led names using a placeholder surname. For each, give the name and a one-line reason it fits. Rules: 2 to 3 syllables preferred. Easy to spell after hearing it once. Do not use the obvious industry words ([list 3 to 4 words to avoid]). Nothing that sounds like an existing big brand. Then shortlist your top 5 and explain the trade-offs.
How to get the most from it: Check your top 3 before falling in love: is the .com free, is it trademarked (tmsearch.uspto.gov in the US), is the Instagram handle free.
Real estate · ChatGPT image
Listing photo to a luxury "Just Listed" post
Upload one listing photo and get a studio-quality Instagram post back. The photo stays honest. Only the grading and layout change.
Use the attached listing photo. Create a 1080×1350 Instagram post for a luxury real estate agent. Keep the photo realistic and unchanged except for light colour grading: warmer highlights, deeper shadows. Do not add or remove any objects. Layout: a small label 'JUST LISTED' top left. Below it, the address '[STREET], [CITY]' in an elegant serif. A thin line with '[BEDS] bed · [BATHS] bath · [SQFT] sq ft'. Bottom right: '[AGENT NAME] · [BROKERAGE]'. Colours: [BRAND COLOUR 1] and [BRAND COLOUR 2]. Lots of breathing room. No emojis, no stock icons, no clutter. It should look like a design studio made it, not a template.
How to get the most from it: Only use photos you have the rights to. If the text comes out slightly wrong, ask it to fix just the text and keep everything else.
Coaches · ChatGPT or Claude
Coaching homepage copy that books calls
All seven sections of a homepage, in the order that turns visitors into discovery calls.
Act as a conversion copywriter for coaches. Write homepage copy for my coaching website. About me: [what you do, who it's for, the result you get, your method's name, years of experience]. My offer: [main offer, price range, format]. The one action I want visitors to take: [book a discovery call]. Write these sections: 1. Hero: a headline under 10 words that names the outcome, a subheadline that names who it's for, and button text. 2. The problem, in the client's own words, in 3 short lines. 3. How it works, in 3 steps. 4. Proof: where testimonials go, plus the one question to ask clients to get strong ones. 5. Offer summary. 6. FAQ: the 5 objections that stop people booking, answered. 7. Final call to action. Rules: plain words, short sentences, no hype words (transform, unlock, journey, elevate). Sound like a calm expert, not a salesperson.
How to get the most from it: The more specific your details in the brackets, the less the result sounds like every other coach. Include a real client result if you have one.

Your offer, turned into a 30-day content calendar
Four pillars, a hook for every day, and a call to action every fifth post, in your own voice.
You are my content strategist. I am a [coach / consultant] who helps [audience] get [result]. My offer is [offer]. Here are 3 of my past posts so you can match my voice: [paste posts]. Build a 30-day Instagram content calendar using 4 pillars: my method, client wins, myths in my industry, and behind the scenes. For each day give: pillar, format (reel, carousel or single image), the hook (first line, under 12 words), 3 key points, and a call to action. Mix: 12 reels, 10 carousels, 8 single posts. Every 5th post invites people to [book a call / join my list]. Output it as a table.
How to get the most from it: Paste posts that did well, not posts you like. The AI copies whatever you give it.
Workflow · from our guides
A month of content in one afternoon, plus video shot planning
The prompts behind our carousel guides. Run the first three in order: build your Voice File, generate hooks, then draft the posts. Use the last one before you spend any video credits.
Here are 5 of my best-performing posts: [paste posts] Describe how I write so another writer could copy it exactly: sentence length, words I use often, words I never use, how I open a post, how I end one, my tone, and how formal I am. Finish with 5 rules to follow and 5 things to avoid. Call this my Voice File.
Using my Voice File below, write 20 hooks for the content pillar "[pillar]". Each hook is the first line of a post, under 12 words, and makes my audience ([audience]) want to read the next line. Mix: 5 questions, 5 bold statements, 5 mistakes people make, 5 short stories. Voice File: [paste]
Using my Voice File below, turn each of these hooks into a full Instagram caption of 80 to 150 words. Each caption: the hook, one idea explained simply, one example from my work, and a call to action to [save / comment / book a call]. Keep my voice. No hashtags inside the text. Hooks: [paste your best 5] Voice File: [paste]
I'm making a [length]-second vertical video for [business] to [goal]. Break it into 8-second shots. For each shot give me: the first frame (describe it as a still image), the last frame, the camera move between them, the lighting, the sound, and what could go wrong (hands, faces, text). Then tell me which shots truly need AI video and which could be a still image with a slow zoom instead, so I spend fewer credits.
How to get the most from it: Save your Voice File somewhere you can paste it from. You’ll reuse it every month.
